The Industry That Brings People Together

Over the years, I’ve met and worked alongside thousands of people. With some of them, our paths crossed only briefly, while with others, I gained travel companions - people I still walk alongside today. If I had to draw a single conclusion from the past seven years I’ve spent working in Network Marketing, it would be that this industry is, in fact, the answer to different human searches.

I’ve met people who were looking for solutions for their health, others who were looking for their tribe - that is, the place and the people they could truly belong to - and others who wanted to work with meaning, purpose, and impact. There are also those who wanted to increase their income, as well as those looking for real friends or who simply wanted to travel more. Each of them came, in fact, with their own story and their own reason for choosing to knock on this industry’s door, and over time I’ve learned to listen to each of them with the same attention and the same respect. That’s how I gradually understood that people never come just for the product or the plan, but for something much deeper, which each person defines in their own way.

The beauty of this industry is that it can indeed bring answers to all these searches alike. Of course, it doesn’t happen from day one, but if you’re patient and persevere, it’s certainly the kind of gift that keeps on giving long after you’ve received it.

As for me, I too found, in this industry and in my team, the answer to some of my own searches, and the most important one is the people. I found my people - those who had the vision, or perhaps the madness, to believe in an innovative concept, completely new in our country, and to come along with me on this journey.

You, who are still searching and haven’t found it yet - what exactly are you looking for?
