1. Right of cancellation
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
2. How to cancel
Before delivery:
- Email: Wellness@alexandraneamtu.net
- State the order number and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation is confirmed within 24 hours at the latest.
After delivery:
- Cancellation period: 14 days from receipt of the product.
- Written request to the email address given above.
- For physical products: return in their original condition.
3. Satisfaction guarantee
All products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing a refund with no further questions asked.
4. Refund process
- Refunds are made within 14 days at the latest of the request being received.
- The amount is returned via the same payment method originally used.
- For bank transfers: IBAN details will be requested.
5. Exceptions
The following cannot be cancelled:
- services performed in full before the cancellation period expires;
- products personalised or modified at the customer’s request;
- digital content that has been accessed in full.
6. Return costs
- For physical products: return costs are borne by the customer.
- For defective or incorrectly delivered products: costs are borne by the Supplier.
7. Customer obligations
- Keeping the product in its original condition.
- Returning all accessories and packaging.
- Observing the statutory cancellation deadlines.
8. Confidential information
In accordance with the Confidentiality Clause in the site’s Terms and Conditions, the Customer undertakes to keep the materials received confidential, even if the order is cancelled.
